Are you serious about this conversation starter thing?
Yep. If your super nice gear doesn't help you start super nice conversations about what we can do to make the world a better, nicer place... you can return it to us for a full refund. Beyond this, we don't really have a return policy.
That’s pretty cool
We’re glad you think so.
So what if I want to return something?
We don't really have a return policy. We're not a big business or anything so if you get something and it doesn't fit, hopefully you'll be super nice and gift it to someone who it does fit because we're always running out of sizes and often only print a style once. If we DO have another size and you don't mind shipping yours back, we can work it out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship out within 1–5 days. Usually closer to one. 🙂 Then it's in the hands of the guys with the blue uniforms or the brown uniforms. But check your confirmation email from us for tracking information.
What if I don’t see my location as a shipping option?
If it looks like we don't ship to your country, it's not because we won't, it's because nobody has asked us and we haven't gone to the post office to figure out the cost of it. Just holler and we'll get you sorted. We have a big old map full of pins with all the locations we ship to. We'd love to add your desert island kingdom to it.
What is the delivery process?
As soon as your order comes in, a bell rings at SNC HQ and everyone does a happy dance that looks kind of like Snoopy when he is on top of Linus's piano. Then, depending on what you've ordered, this could go one of two ways. We hand package your order and seal it with a kiss or someone else does that and we cannot promise anything about the kiss. But no matter what we really appreciate your order.
My order hasn’t arrived! What do I do?
How long has it been? If it's been less than a week since you ordered, please sit tight for a few days, but don't hesitate to reach out. Email email@example.com for a personal response from one of the elves who you got dancing when your order rang that bell way back when.
